Demolition Project in St. Fost

Customer: Mrs. Cuní | Location: St. Fost de Campcentelles, Bcn | Year: 2011 | Surface: 680.12m²

This project dealt with the demolition of a building. Built in the year 1900 between party walls, it consisted of a basement, a ground floor and an adjacent garage. The structure was made by walls with one-way slabs of concrete and wooden beams (selfconstruction), with part of the roofs and the drainpipes made by fibrecement, so it had to be removed according to the established protocol for this sort of material: with a specialized company registered in the RERA. The project is a co-authorship between Xavier Martínez and David Sánchez i Parramón.
